Registering with the centre
The Carers Centre can provide a variety of services for carers in Portsmouth. Some carers may access our support and services on a regular basis. However, some carers take comfort in the fact that we are available should they ever need support. Registering with the centre does not mean that you have to access our services. You may want to s
imply keep in contact with us, and keep up to date with what we’re doing.
Registering with the Carers Centre is a quick and easy process. Just complete the form below, and send it back to the Carers Centre, and you will be registered with the centre. Once you are registered, you will receive any information that we send out, including invitations to events, and information about consultations we may be holding.
You do not need to be registered with the Carers Centre to receive the services that we provide (this does not include young carers).
If you have any further questions about the registration process, please contact the Carers Centre on 023 9285 1864 or 023 9275 6780.
