Carers Supported Self Assessment
The Carers Self Assessment is your chance to tell us about your support needs as a carer and the things that you think will help. It is not a replacement for a full carers a
ssessment, however it can be used to provide short – term, emergency help in a timely manner.
The Carers Self Assessment is a short questionniare about the care you provide, and the support you currently receive. From this information, we are able to assess how we, the Carers Centre, are able to support you further in your caring role. This can vary from support with benefits advice, to supporting you, the carer, access the essential respite you need.
